| We require one nights deposit to hold the reservation. |
| We require 14 days advanced notice of cancellation. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee. |
| We require 30 days advanced notice of cancellation for family reunions. There is a $25.00 per cottage cancellation fee. |
| There is a three-night minimum on our kitchen units from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend unless availability dictates a shorter stay. |
