| We require one nights deposit to hold the reservation. |
| We require 14 days advanced notice of cancellation. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee. |
| There is a 4 night minimum for Family Reunions. We require 30 days advanced notice of cancellation for family reunions. There is a $25.00 per cottage cancellation fee. |
| There is a three-night minimum on our kitchen units from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend unless availability dictates a shorter stay. |

| All cottages are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside
of the cottages. Suggestions: We recommend bringing flip-flops for the walk to the swimming pool as well as beach towels. We do not provide shampoo and conditioner, we do provide hand soap, dish soap, coffee, coffee filters and tea. |
