Property and Cancellation Policies

Full Charge - Full Deposit - If cancelled within 14 days of arrival

Terms and Conditions

• We require one night's deposit to hold the reservation.
• We require 14 days advanced notice of cancellation. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• There is a 4 night minimum for Family Reunions. We require 30 days advanced notice of cancellation for family reunions. There is a $25.00 per cottage cancellation fee.
• There is a three-night minimum on our kitchen units from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend unless availability dictates a shorter stay.
• No Pets Allowed.
• All cottages are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the cottages. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated.
